Secure Patient Portal

To better serve our patients, we are in the process of upgrading our secure patient portal. You will still have all the great features our our former portal but in an easier to use format. If you would like access to our new and  improved portal, please let us know by calling (706) 376-3957. We will gladly email you an invitation. 

We apologize for the inconvenience of having to recreate your account on our portal. I assure you it is a simple process and we are always here to help if you have a problem.

On our portal you will be able to:

  • Ask an non-emergent, non-urgent medical question.
  • Ask a question about your statement; request a refill on your current medication.
  • Request an appointment.
  • Make a payment on your account
  •  Convenient access your medical record including imaging results and lab results.  
  •  Email your record to your specialist.    

Please note that the portal is for non-emergent and non-urgent messages only. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. If you feel your situation is urgent, please call our office directly at (706) 376-3957. We have a doctor on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Portal messages are answered during office hours only. The staff at Hartwell Family Practice does not have access to the portal after hours or on weekends.
